In order to guarantee the quality and safety of the whole productive process, from the raw material in the field to the final consumer, Minamel has a series of procedures implemented, monitored and reviewed frequently.
The self-control program includes procedures of good manufacturing practices, which includes hygienic procedures of facilities, equipment and utensils, training, maintenance, laboratory procedures, control of water potability, pest control, evaluation of suppliers, employees' health, among other control points that we adopt to guarantee the good practices.
In addition, we have the HACCP program (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), which consists of risk analysis and performs the identification of possible dangers of physical, chemical or biological origin in all our production stages. If any of the above-mentioned hazards are identified, we seek measures to control or eliminate the risk.
The sanitary inspection is performed by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA), agency that inspects products of animal origin in Brazil, under registration number 3503 in the Federal Inspection Service (SIF).
